Dear Congressman Lewis:
Subject: March 5, 2008 hearing investigation: Air Force Tanker Contract, Buy American Act, and I saw you on C-span at this hearing appearing subservient to the military “again”.
I felt Sue Payton to be superior in her arguments for the Air Force Tanker Contract approval because she new the laws of the Buy American Act. You Congressman Lewis appeared uninformed with the Buy American Act. This military’s spokes person Sue Payton’s challenging shameless presentation had you almost speechless. She used the phrase “development process” thus contract secrecy is lawful and out of country biding on jobs is mandated because of the Buy American Act. Oxymoron if there ever was one.
I say in the Subject heading above you appear subservient to the military “again” because your 12, 19, 07 letter to me shows such military subservience. My *Feb 1st and *Feb 11th 2008 letters to you prove you fail to question the challenging shameless letter writing skills of Loma Linda VA hospital Director Stordahl, even when facts (VA medical records and VA phone messages which I provided) prove to the contrary.
I hope this letter encourages your review of the militaries “development process” regarding the Buy American Act and please review VA Directors Stordahl 12, 18, 2007 letter to you about me.
